How to Request Account Deletion
- In the App:
- Open the UniLab Pass app on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings section.
- Select Account Management and tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen instructions.
- Via Email:
- Send an account deletion request to support@unilabpass.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include the following details in your email:
- Your registered name and email address.
- Reason for account deletion (optional).
What Happens After Deletion?
- All your personal data, including booking history and access logs, will be permanently removed from our system within [e.g., 30 days].
- You will lose access to all app functionalities.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be restored.
- Ensure that all ongoing lab bookings are canceled before proceeding with deletion.
- If your account is tied to a university ID, you may need to contact your university administrator for additional steps.
